Thank you for your interest in our Springer Spaniels. We strive to help make the best recommendations to match the perfect pup with it’s new owner. Whether the owner is wanting to show, do bird hunting, therapy or family pet, it is very important to us to make sure both our puppy and new owners are very happy. Because of this, it is important we know what your intentions are for your puppy. Everyone that wishes to place a deposit is required to fill out the questionnaire below. In some cases, we may need to ask for references. The well being of our pups is very important to us.

Will you give Country Breeze Springer Spaniel's follow up reports and send pictures?
Do you commit to caring for this dog for the remainder of his/her life?
If for any reason what-so-ever should things not work out, do you agree to contact and/or return this dog to Country Breeze Springer Spaniel's. So we can help find a suitable home for the dog, and you will NOT place this dog in a pound, shelter or rescue?
